No. Fixed assets used for business operations โ€” like furniture, computers, machinery, vehicles, and shop fixtures โ€” are exempt from Zakat. Zakat applies only to assets held for sale or trade, cash, receivables, and investments.
At current market value (selling price). This is the position of the majority of scholars. If you have slow-moving inventory that may not sell at full price, use a conservative estimate of its realizable value.
